Ifyour mobile phoneis lost or stolen you can inform your cell phone provider with your IMEInumber. Your cell phone provider can then put the serial number on a shareddatabase. This list stops this particular phone from registering on any networkand will be useless for anyone even if the mobile phone's SIM cardis changed.I suggest you contact your cell phone providerASAP. I have purchased nokia c201 in feb 2011 now i lost my mobile i want to know imei number

If your mobile phone is lost or stolen you can inform your cell phone provider with your IMEI number. Your cell phone provider can then put the serial number on a shared database. This list stops this particular phone from registering on any network and will be useless for anyone even if the mobile phone's SIM card is changed.
Your best bet is to ring your cell phone and hope the person who answers your cell phone will return your phone to you. If your cell phone is GPS enabled then it is possible to track, but you need to contact your cell phone service provider. Otherwise I suggest you contact your cell phone provider ASAP. My nokia 6260 refuses to read the MMC memory card after the card has been formatted. There was absolutely no problem in the card but then i just wanted to delete all the data so i formatted the same. Once...

If you have formatted the card from a computer, please make sure you choose the File system as FAT and not NTFS. In case you have formated it withing the phone I would suggest you to remove it and re-reformat it on a Computer using a Card reader. Don't forget to keep the file system as FAT only.
If you phone does not detect the card after performing above steps it is possible that it is not seated properly, try to clean the contacts and then re-seat the card.
