You can only access MMS sent to you by activating MMS. Call your mobile service provider to activate it. Once activated, you can receive/send MMS messages without connecting to the internet.

You can simply use the bluetooth feature to transfer files. All you have to do is to activate bluetooth on both devices and then on the sending device choose the option send using bluetooth. Discover the receiving device and then send the file

To send or Receive MMS you have to call your Customer Care and inform them to Activate that feature to your sim and then only you can able to send MMS

There are many ways of doing that, the easier ways is via Infrared/Bluetooth transfer and the other way is via multimedia messaging(MMS).

Try accessing your phone's "infrared" feature and or your phone's "bluetooth" feature. Either of the two will do.
But the basic thing of sending pictures from mobile to mobile is via MMS.
But 1st you have to activate your phones MMS, it can be downloaded to your phone by your network provider.

in LG type phones, this actually easy.. first the easy part is to activate your bluetooth. check also your settings and your bluetooth name for you to know your device. if it is a phone to phone transmission, both must be activated. choose the picture but notice a bluetooth symbol on top of your screen usually beside the clock should be activated or moving. go to options then choose send.. there will be choices like infrared, bluetooth, etc. of course, choose bluetooth. it will re access and prompt the you and the receiver the bluetooth detected. then done.

there is a feature you can get that blocks the sending and receiving of text messages. go to the menu, settings and tools, my account (it will open your internet browser. Don't worry, standard data fees do not apply when accessing your account.) enter the password you set at the activation of your phone, scroll down to features, scroll down some more until you see "my features" if that has text/video block then that's your problem. you can disable this feature, and you should be able to get and send texts. if this does not work then take your phone down to the AT&T store and ask them.
