Question about Hyundai ImageQuest HQP421SR 42 in. HD-Ready Plasma Television

Hi just been given a 42" Hyundai HQP421SR and cannot tune it to Sky, how is this done?? Hope you can help. Many thanks Martin

Audio on my 42 in plasma

Hello,

Yes I had the same problem, but mine was also video too.
I have worked on these tvs before and found the problem is with the CPU card.
You will need to have fixed or replaced.
