if you want to reset lamp timer on sony grand wega 50WE620...press menu on remote control then go to the setting you will find the setup button then press setup you will see the lamp replacement-start----yes and menu...

A 6 blink error code on this model is letting you know that your G1 board is not putting out your +17 volt supply. You can inspect that circuit if you are experianced, or just swap out the board.

The light engine is going out. Contact Sony. They have been replacing some of these.

Needs a new lamp or an optical block rebuild. May aslo have dust on the parts inside making the picture darker than normal

Its most likeley the Closed Captions box screen refer to your manula to remove this function. I cannot seem to find my wega manual to give you the directions at present

hello if you go into menu in picture adjustments half way down there should be a reset option this should make the picture brighter

DEPENDS ON THE # OF FLASHES IF ITS 3 THEN YOUR LAMP HAS BLOWN IF ITS 6 THEN YOUR THERMAL FUSE IS BLOWN THIS IS 2 OF THE MOST COMMENT PROBLEMS
