I HAVE THE PROGRAM DVD RIPPER. TRIED TO INSTALL ON DESKTOP WITH WINDOWS XP. I GET THE ERROR FOR THE INSTILLATION CODE. HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES. JUST WON'T WORK. CAN YOU HELP ME!

My instillation disk will not run on vista have down loaded the driver but need the program files to run the printer

Try it in WXP mode. Or, open "My Computer", click the Drive which the Driver CD is in, find the "setup' icon (the one with the largest File size) and open it under Administrator Rights... this works quite well.
