Question about DeLonghi EC140 Espresso Machine
Posted by Anonymous on
Before changing the filter, try cleaning it following the instructions in the manual(page 9, i'll attach it to my post). The Delonghi web site also offers the following solution: "The coffee may have been ground too coarsely or the grounds may not have been pressed with a tamper. Also check to make sure that the coffee is not old or stale." Parts are supposed to be available from the delonghi website(www.delonghi.com), but i couldn't find where they hid it. but there's an option on the site to go to local sevice centers, lets say you live in canada, then you pick the canadian website from the pull down menu on the top, the customer support tab, then service center on the left. Good luck
