We recently purchased a citi mini double stroller. Many times it has become "locked" where we can not easily fold it down or out. How do we solve the problem?

Hi there is a full top (seat) with covers but no frame on ebay. Which will be brilliant for you. It has 3 days left on the bidding. If you do not care if it will not lock again (We did not) you can take the wheel off, and then you will see a little post that moves up and down with the lock mechanism. You just need to remove that. It is a piece of metal inside of plastic. I used a grinding wheel to shave it down, but you could use wire cutters to cut the plastic, and then regular pliers to pull out the metal stud. Mine no longer locks, and it's much easier to maneuver.
