I have a Magic Sing ET 19KV and both mic showing SynC and no contact with the base unit. But if I put the mic on the base unit stand the Mic is on again... any solution..

    Hi ... I have et19kv magic sing..both mic shows sync, I tried already to reset by using zero and power on but still it won't work....any Iideas guys?... Please ..thank u

Press and hold "2" and power button on mic at the same time. Not "0". Had same problem and now it works! :)

They might be able to address that.

Your problem is your connection to the TV and maybe your Magic Sing configuration.

Can u specifically describe how you have it connected?

Hi im joe,
if the screen says no font, no picture, no song data it means all the data installed was lost. you have to send it to the nearest service center to have it reprogram.

Try this, turn off the mic, then press and hold zero and at the same time power till reboot appear on the screen.

The chip MAY not be a plug in type, but a surface mounted one that is burned with the sound at the factory. I would NOT attempt to change the preprogrammed chip. You will be out the shipping charge, but that is better than to damage the unit. Otherwise, purchase the add on chips in the language you want and forget about the internal ones.

It is likely soldered into the circuit board. It may be any of several part numbers such as 7805.

Try to read ANY number you can off the IC itself... the last two digits are the voltage... 7805, 7812, 7815 are common ones... There often is a production lot number... see if you can find the number ang et back to me as email.

hey all, althought the manual says to hold down '0' along with the power button, which didt work.

For me it worked by holding '2' then turning on the mic (pressing the power button).

So try all the numbers.

Interference problem on my wireless magic sing, i can hear the voice of my neighbor using her own wireless magic sing on my sound system and vice-versa, it's annoying. what should i do?
The magic sing has an omnidirectional antenna which is unnecessary since you will be standing directly in front of it while using it. I recommend you take an aluminum pie plate or other aluminum piece that is larger than the antenna and place it directly behind it, perhaps even held on by tape to the antenna. You can even bend it around the antenna in the form of a V with the opening towards you, where you'll be holding the mic. This will block the other signals from your neighbor while still allow you to use it. It may even block your signals from leaking onto your neighbor's unit.
