Alarm is constantly bleeping on our Whirlpool integrated freezer, door is closed properly and temp inside seems to be ok. Red and green lights are on, if I push button to illuminate orange light the alarm stops,any help please ? Thanks Steve

A few things spring to mind.

Failed Defrost timer.
Failed Evaporator fan.
Blocked Defrost drain.

Calling for service is your best bet.

Something to think about from the manual for your freezer. Also I would check the temperature of your freezer with a thermometer to make sure it is freezing ok .Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not work, before calling for Assistance (see
Assistance), check for a solution from the following list.
The green POWER indicator light does not illuminate.
• The plug has not been inserted into the electrical socket, or not
far enough to make contact, or there is no power in the house.
The motor does not start.
• The appliance comes with a motor protection control (
see Start-
up and use
).
The indicator lights are on but the light is dim.
• Pull out and reverse the plug before putting it back in the socket.
a) The alarm sounds.
a) The refrigerator door has remained open for more than two
minutes (the buzzer will stop sounding when you shut the door) or
the correct switching-off procedure was not followed (

).
b) The alarm sounds and the two yellow indicator lights
flash.

In both these cases the freezer will maintain a temperature of
about 0°C so that the food does not re-freeze.
To turn off the acoustic signal open and close the refrigerator door.
To restore normal operation bring the FREEZER OPERATION knob
setting to
(off) and turn the appliance on again.
The green POWER indicator light flashes.
• The appliance is not operating correctly. Contact the Technical
Assistance Centre.
The refrigerator and the freezer do not cool well.
• The doors do not close properly or the seals are damaged.
• The doors are opened too frequently.
• The OPERATION knobs are not on the correct setting (
see
Description
).
• The refrigerator or the freezer have been over-filled.
The food inside the refrigerator is beginning to freeze.
• The REFRIGERATOR OPERATION knob is not on the correct
setting (
see Description
).
• The food is in contact with the back inside wall of the refrigerator.
The motor runs continuously.
• The SUPER FREEZE button has been pressed (rapid freezing):
the yellow SUPER FREEZE light is on or flashing (
see
Description
).
• The door is not closed properly or is continuously opened.
• The outside ambient temperature is very high.

I understand that the temperature alarm light is on for your Frigidaire freezer, model# FFU21M8CW. This feature is designed to provide a warning of a possible malfunction. If the temperature of the food rises to a level unsafe for long-term storage, the buzzer will sound. The red light, if equipped, will also glow. The Temp Alarm feature operates on household electricity. If power fails, the alarm will not function. An ON/OFF switch allows you to deactivate the Temp Alarm when not wanted. Your freezer is shipped with the Temp Alarm in the OFF position. After your freezer has run approximately 4 hours, the red light, if equipped, will go off. Then you may activate the Temp Alarm without the alarm sounding. Press the ON switch to activate the Temp Alarm. To deactivate, press the OFF switch. If the alarm sounds, be sure freezer is properly leveled, and the door closes freely, and seals properly. If you suspect a technical malfunction, call an authorized servicer immediately. New Refrigerator / Freezer usually takes up to 12 hours to get the food down to temp and the inside air temps to stabilize...

Now, try explaining that to a BSN who is required to take hourly temp readings on a refrigerator and just loaded it half full of warm soft drinks and is opening and closing the door repeatedly retrieving supplies.

You lower the temp to "suit" (shut 'er up) and tomorrow they're calling you back because it's too cold...

For your door to close properly take off the gasket from your fridge and wash it with hot water. It will be softer and stick to the fridge much easier.

The alarm is caused by either temperature disorder, check on your thermostat settings, or it is being caused by unbalanced level of freon gas in the system, or the door of the freezer does not shut correctly.

you have a refrigeration issue partner let her go 16 yrs. is good service you can replace it for 3 to 5 hundred the repair will be that IF you can find someone with the r-12. don't go for a top it off and go deal the food you lose is to expensive for that to be economical.

Did the RCD tripping have anything to do with the freezer? You could have a faulty defrost heater, which means the freezer will not defrost at all.
