When transfering files from your computer to the mp3 player arrange the files in folders, that way you'll have much less scrolling down to do, and the songs will be easier to find. in case for some reason you cant get the supplied software to arrange your files in folders look into other programs that support your device. microsoft, realplayer, winamp and other companies all have software that support many different mp3 players. good luck

Have you let the loco charge first? The instructions are a bit vague but the loco needs to charge before it runs. Not easily understood from the instructions and many have spent some frustrating hours wondering why their train wouldn't move.

I have two problems: 1. several chanels will not come in very well - the have lines, distortion, picture is in "squares", no sound. Sometimes it is an acceptable picture but is is on for 1-2...

The description of "picture is in squares" is typical of poor signal conditions. It is called "blocking". The screen is made up of blocks of bits of the picture and is reassembled by the uProcessing inside the digital set. Clever really!
If you get your signal sorted out you will find that the processor will have more time to do as you request with menus and channel sorting.
Hope that helps.

I have duplicate songs on my philips IPod and I cannot delete

And it help you fix your iTunes music library and other music folders by adding song tags and removing duplicate songs. If you're interested in it, please free download it and have a try
1. Download, install and open Leawo Tunes Cleaner. Choose the "Clean-up Duplicates" option on the main interface.

2. Select a duplicate scanning mode to detect duplicate songs in your iTunes from Quick Scan and Deep Scan. Quick Scan mode is based on song tags including name, artist, album, file size and time, while the Deep Scan mode adopts Accoustic Fingerprint tech for deeper scanning. Choose desired one.

3. Click "Scan iTunes" button to start scaning duplicate copies in your iTunes music library.

4. Via scanning, all duplicate songs would be displayed. You could play back all reference duplicates and determine which file to keep and which file(s) to delete. After selecting which files to remove, click "Remove" button. Tunes Cleaner would immediately delete all duplicate songs.

Trying to load ipod shuffle

Do you have iTunes installed?? you have to rip the CD to iTunes and then you can sync them to your iPod shuffle. You can get instructions via the manual. iPod Shuffle Manual.
If you want to put music into the iTunes library that you already have on your PC, just go to 'File', then 'Add folder to library' and it will scan that folder and every sub-folder and put the music in the library. Be careful if your songs don't have ID3 tags otherwise iTunes won't be able to work out what they are and your songs will not be catagorized well at all.
