Any "plug-in" is an OPTIONAL part of the web-browser.
If SAFARI is working fine without loading the plug-in, then either just IGNORE the message or tell SAFARI to UNINSTALL that plug-in, to eliminate the re-appearance of the message.
You have a plugin installed on Safari called "FastBrowser search plugin". All the message is saying is that the version of Safari you have (5.1) has not been tested with that plugin, so it might not function properly.
