Pitney Bowes DL 260 I have a copier and make me an error code C0500, please someone can tell me how to reset the copier thanks ....

Sorry it took so long. Your copier probably is similar to a Toshiba E series. The error code is paper jammed in the bypass section.

The C180 was made by Panasonic and is no way comparable to Toshiba. The E3 code should flash with another code (01, 03, 11,... etc) This other code is required to diagnose problem and is a service issue. If it is an E3 10 or E3 11 there is a corona wire dirty or broken, these are the most common E3 codes. I'm not sure about other codes, you may have more luck looking for info on the Panasonic 7718 just remember to refence both parts of the code

E6 have so many sub codes, but there indicated is duplex unit problem.

At minimum, the drum and cleaning blade need replacing - possibly developer as well. I'm sure the optics are dirty, as well as the charge and transfer corona.

Sincerely,I don`t know this model,but the error codes is similary to the Agfa,Minolta,Konica copiers.This code is the toner agitator motor malfunction code.The developer station is blocated under minimal level of toner ratio.In this case forced toner supply.Opem amd close the front door to reset.
