Magellan roadmate 800

I have a magellan roadmate 800, and it has a message that says " there is no route connecting to the destination address" and i am using my address book and trying to type in an address i have went to many times.. thanks judy

Hello, I updated my Magellan Roadmate 1440 from the Magellan website. Now, when I try to put in a destination, the screen says "route error, your destination may be in a restricted area or unreachable...
I contacted Magellan about this issue for my Roadmate 5045. They told me to reset the unit by sliding the power bar to to the off position for 10 seconds, and then let it sit off for a minute or so. When it powered up, the issue seemed to be resolved. But it comes back. Successive efforts using this method have about a 80% success rate.

Roadmate 700/760 freezing/locking up
i use to own a 700, i advise you to get the new magellan mastreo 4000 or higher,i did my research and the magellan700 roadmate is no longer being serviced.that is what the magellan website has had showed and someone on here also has said it and they start to have alot of problems.i own now a mastreo 4000 so far so good no problems.

Audio turn by turn instructions not functioning -Magellan Roadmate 2000
I am having this same problem. My Magellan was frozen on an old route. I had to completely reset it. This deleted all of my old saved information. Since I did this, it has been mapping correctly, but there is no audio. The volume is turned all the way up. Can you help me fix this problem?

Deleting previous destinations and unneccesary addresses
goto prefences/deleate active track, should also be able to clear it if it was placed in routes by checking folders and select it,next press menu, then select deleate
