I have the same problem, but mine exhibited strange behavior before it stopped making ice this last time (it had stopped before and started working again). This last time the ice maker tray (not the door bin) was full, but the water kept filling, so I had icicles all over the refrigerator. I took the unit out and cleared out all the ice with hot water. Since I put it back in several months ago, it has made one half full set of ice cubes.
Does anyone know the part number for a replacement icemaker? I think it might be #991430, but the description of the product with that number don't give me confidence.I have the same problem, but mine exhibited strange behavior before it stopped making ice this last time (it had stopped before and started working again). Remove the ice bucket/container from inside the freezer compartment. Examine underneath at the front of the container to see if ice cubes are lodged between the metal blades. If cubes are caught in this area, they will prevent ice from dropping into the glass/cup.
Cory, you sound like you have a bad water valve as well as a bad control board for your dispensor. If you've had any storms in your area in the past 4 - 6 weeks, it's very possible that the storm took both parts out.
