SOURCE: I have a Hoover Steam Vacuum, All Terrain, and the

I checked the owner's manual and the parts breakdown for your model F5807. Both showed that your model has a stationary brush strip and not rotating brushes. Is F5807 the correct model number?

Pet hair stuck in plastic top of tough stain brush tool

On some of those, the clear cover snaps off. If it wont, then use a pipe cleaner to reach those spots after you let it soak for a while in warm soapy water.

Roomba Starts cleaninig ,turns And stops. Beeps infinitevly . What to do?

If you have pets, and even if you do not, the Roomba robots use optical position sensors on the wheels to tell it how far it has turned, how far it has moved, when it needs to turn around, etc, and if those axles get wadded up with hair, lint, threads, etc, it does not know where it has been, nor where to go, orr that it is moving at all. Also make sure the front bumper is not catching on any part of the unit itself.

Make screws are snug, then pop each wheel out of it's holder except the traction tires, and clean the accumulation off of it. Make sure the traction wheels have clean axles and that there is no accumulation of fuzz, thread, hair in the gearing that drives the tires.

Also make sure the whisker switches have the whiskers clean and are not folded underneath. Also see if they are clearing the floor surface and not bent downward.

If it continues to do that, remove the battery for about 2 minutes to clear the mapping instructions (the processor memory stays live when battery power is available and the reason they discharge so fast when not in daily use and not docked. Then set it in the middle of the room and press "Super Clean" and see if it will work then.

My dogs hair often accumulates in the spinning rod

Try spinning it by hand with no belt. If it is tight, dismantle the bearings at the end and clean out the hair . If it is loose then the problem is likely that your belt has stretched, Buy 2 genuine belts and keep a spare on hand. For best cleaning results , replace every 3- 4 months ( broken or not) , if you have a lot of pet hair

Since the Steam Vac does not have any belts... the logical issue is Switch setting (Hi, Low, Off) on the base cover. The only other is dirt collection on the air intake for the brushes (unit uses air passing over plastic fan blades to spin the brushes). To clear the dirt problem, remove the clear plastic cover located just in front of the brush Switch. You can now use your finger nail (or an old tooth brush) to clean the filter screen located just below the Switch. Don't tear it, just gently remove the accumulated dust/hair.
Brushes should spin once you reassemble and power it up!!

How to clean clear plastic thing in front of Bissell ProHeat?

you may have to run it to soften the hair, then you should be able to go under it with a rag to clean it.

Steam cleaner will not **** up water

Try checking the lint filter. It is located in the top clear plastic section (the section with the dial to switch from floor to tool use) and is on the underside. It is a small (1 inch section) red plastic filter with a door on it. Flip open the door and you will probably find that it is clogged with hair, carpet fibre, etc.. Clean it out and you should have suction once again.

Belt not turning

It could well be the dog hair. You'll need to remove the roller brush and completely clean it off with the hair which sounds like it has wrapped itself around the brush and the brush end washers. Check that the entire roller brush is completely clear and if any dirt is found at the sides, remove it.
