Wow! That's a tall order! Some navigation systems allow you to choose the language. (the software is already built in) The only suggestion I have is to go to the Toyota Owner's site and see if you can download an owner's manual. They also list navigation manuals. It might tell you how to change the language.

There after, just plug in your computer and Plug and Play software should detect it. Then you can move your picture files, (.jpg, .mpeg, .gif, etc) and drag them in the drives folder.
