I deleted my programs on my TI-84 accidentally how do I get those back?

The apps that came preloaded can be download from the Texas Instruments site education.ti.com. Use Ti connect to transfer the apps from the computer to the calculator.
As to your programs (the ones you might have typed in) you will have to type them again.

I accidentally deleted an app and need it back asap? any way i can do that? i cant find it on my computer or anything. it was calculus made easy

As you well know (?) the application Calculus Made Easy is not free. So, if you deleted yours, I suspect you have to contact the Application Vendor to allow you a new download, or send you a disk.
Once you delete something from the calculator there is nothing you can do to recover it. Sorry.

Accidentally deleted video on camcorder...how do i

When files are deleted they still remain on camcorder hard drive and can be recovered, unless they have been overwritten by fresh data.

The only thing to do so run a data recovery program to see what can be recovered. The only program I have tested is asoftech data recovery software and it had done the job well. download the data recovery from http://www.asoftech.com/adr/

Select the drive where your files were deleted and then do a deep scan. It will find your deleted files.

I accidentally deleted they y column from my

If that Y-Column was created by a function (Y1=...) recreate the table by pressing [2nd][GRAPH] (TABLE).
If the column is a list of statistical data that you entered, there is no way to restore it. Just reenter the data anew.

A teacher deleted my apps on accident

If your calculator is registered on the TI site, you can go to the site and probably download them using your cable.

How do I protect programs from deletion? So that even permanent deletion won't exactly delete it. Cheers

Your calculator comes with APPS, but probably didn't come with programs unless you've downloaded some from the TI site or linked a program from another calculator.

Your APPS or programs cannot be deleted without going through the memory mgt/del screen. In other words, you can't press APPS, arrow down to the APP and hit the delete key and delete your APP.

If for some reason you accidentally delete a TI APP or a program, I think as long as you have registered you calculator with TI, you can download the missing APP or program from their site.

To disable APPS & programs (necessary for some standardized tests). With the calculator off, hold down the left and right arrow keys at the same time then press on. A disable screen will come up and you can choose to disable them. However if you do this you will not be able to use them again until you enable them again.

To enable, link to another calculator and send an app or program from that calculator to yours. This will turn your apps and programs back on.

Screen damaged...

I promise that nobody will be able to fix your calculator, because these calculators are not fixable. Even if they are, labor costs more than the thing itself. In other words, your son totaled it. If you want, I can sell you a brand new, original package TI-83+ calculator for $45, provided that you send me your broken one. You can pay for your shipping, and I'll pay for mine, so your total for you would come out to approximately $45+$5=$50. That's half of the standard Walmart price. If you have any doubts, you can call the store or go to the website. Or ask you son :) Nobody in the universe will ever give you a better deal, so decide for yourself. You can then charge your **** son $70, and all three of us will be perfectly happy. This might sound too good to be true, but it's not. I need your broken calculator not for parts but for my business, which I can't talk about. So if you're interested in $50, call 713-412-2722, and I'll brief you on the details. My e-mail is [email protected], and I hope you can figure out my name.
