Put in a cd and it says "no disk"

I put a cd in each of the 5 cd slots and it says "no disk" every time. Is the cd being fed properly by the disk changer? Does the disk changer have a history of breaking. It seams like it isn't going in properly. If you have any solutions to this problem please notify me. thankyou -matt

How to load evelopes HL 2140

Brother Hl 2140 Printing on thick paper, labels and envelopes 2
When the back output tray is pulled down, the printer has a straight paper path from the manual feed slot through to the back of the printer. Use this paper feed and output method when you want to print on thick paper, labels or envelopes.

Open the back cover

Open the manual feed slot cover.

Using both hands, slide the manual feed slot paper guides to the width of the paper that you are going to use.

Using both hands, put one piece of paper or one envelope in the manual feed slot until the front edge of the paper or envelope touches the paper feed roller. When you feel the machine pull in the paper, let go.

• Put the paper into the manual feed slot with the side to be printed face up.
• Make sure that the paper or envelope is straight and in the proper position on the manual feed slot. If it is not, the paper or the envelope may not be fed properly, resulting in a skewed printout or a paper jam.
• Do not put more than one piece of paper in the manual feed slot at any one time, as it may cause a jam.
• If you put any Media (paper, envelope and so on) in the manual feed slot before the printer is in the Ready state, the media may be ejected without being printed on.

Hi guys, I have an issue with my old HP Compaq D530 CMT Desktop. The power light blinks 5 times when I power on the pc (Pre video memory error). The Hp site suggests to: 1 Reseat the DIMMs in the memory...

Try the DIMMs in another motherboard.

Download the free 'MEMTEST86+' software, and burn it to a CD-recordable disk.
Put just _one_ DIMM into your computer, and boot from that disk, to run an intensive "memory-test" of that DIMM. If it "passes" (about 30 minutes per 512MB), then repeat with the other DIMM.

Trying to install Dynes 5 in 1 memory card reader/writer on my Mac running 10.6.4 Can I put the small disk in my laptop drive - it is a slip in slot

If you're worried, put the small CD-ROM into some other computer, and copy the entire contents to a full-size CD-recordable disk (or to a USB memory-stick).

Then, carry the CD-R (or the memory-stick) to your computer.

When i put the disc inside the cd player, the disc run during a time like 5 minutes and after this show a mesage "no disc", but the disc is insede yet. i need i help

Hello my friend, try another disk and if it fails again clean your cd player with a disk cleaner cd either liquid solution or dry. If you don't have disk cleaner try to purchase in any store you have in your area or shop at online in this site: http://www.nextag.com/cd-disk-cleaner/search-html . Further steps in cleaning cd/dvd player surf this iste: http://labnol.blogspot.com/2006/07/how-to-clean-dvd-or-cd-disc.html. And if all of the given steps are not helping then try to contact your supplier or technician in order to check if your player is working properly.
any progress to your problen you may contact me.
Thanks

My 6 disk CD player is in the eject mode(front open no disk in 1 slot but won't load)

Get a boyfriend - they know how to fix this stuff. Especially an Hispanic. It may be that there is a disk already in it. If not, the motor on the CD player is bust or the laster is trashed. Either way, it needs repair if there is someting stuck in it. Cellphones with MP3 and in ear headphones have good sound to get you thru work traffic and home again
