Spp 2020 printer wont connect via bluetooth or pc keeps saying error state and wont connect or print and its brand new too. anyone help please

then its time to throw your printer in the "ERROR"

Enable the bluetooth function on the printer and then, on the bluetooth device (Like a cellphone for example) choose "Print via Bluetooth".

On most printers there's a "thing" near the rollers that grabs the paper. It's usually a flat piece of plastic with some kind of stuff on it that grips the paper. It's actually on the out bound side of the printer. You can re-glue the pad by super glue if the part isn't available.

There is a green 'latch' just above the cartridge when it is installed. If you move this, the cartridge will release.

using the bluetooth software on your computer, do not tell the computer you are looking for a bluetooth printer, instead, use search for all devices, then the printer will show-up and select it.

printing via bluetooth does not require a driver (it's just like printing from your cellphone)

You need to get the exact photo paper for this model.
The ones that comes with the flaps on each ends.
Without the flaps, the printer won't print.

See Working for me. In the fireware zip file. There is 2 firmware. One for model 2020 and one for 2040. Select the correct one for your printer model.

the printer is certainly having s connection problem  and the camera is not able to connect

i had the same problem and replaced the ink cartridge and hey presto ! it worked
