Bosch exxcel 1200 express

Hi, Our washing machine has stopped with an F04 fault on the display. We cannot find our manual, can you tell us what this means please. It is about 2 years old.

    exactly the same, removed unwanted items from the machine, worked once, now flashing again F4...

    FO4 code flashing on my Bosch Excell 1200 express and machine won't complete its cycle - clothes are stuck in the machine - any suggestions what I can do- at least to get my washing out?

    I have a Bosch Excel 1200 washing machine.
    When switched on takes water but then does not turn at all and stops there.Nothing happens afterwards.

    The error F04 appears towards the end of the cycle. What does it mean please?

i had this problem,no drain or spin,opened the flap at bottom right hand corner and pulled out small hose to drain machine opened circular filter cover (some water may come out) and found a 5p and 1p blocking filter after removing ,machine worked fine.

Bosch exxcel 1200 express spinning slowly
I would suggest that you remove the motor, and check the brushes for wear.
If they are less than 3 or 4mm long, then they need to be replaced.

Bosch Exxcel 1200 Express Washing Machine spin not working
I had the same problem- machiine not spinning and a few days later not turning at all. Display would go from 11min to 1min.
I did 2 things - 1) changed the brushes on the motor- cost £7.50 .
2) whilst working under the machine disconnected pipe from drum to pump and emptied it- found 2 coins in the bellows.
