The light green jack on the back of the board is the Audio out jack. You will want to plug in powered speakers.

While playing a game we lost video but not audeo. Same on either tv.

If you mean to say that you HAVE audio but DO NOT have video. IF IT IS UNDER WARRANTY SEND IT IN!
This is a common problem with XBOX 360 and you can repair it by doing an xclamp replacement or by removing the xclamps, tighten all nuts on the heat-sync and applying new thermal paste etc., and replacing teh xclamps. Your choice and there are plenty of videos online to show you how.
FYI- use nylon washers on ther board and DO NOT use ceramic based thermal paste, use a "silver based" for high heat. Also, locking washers instead of the standard metal you'll see in most vids keep teh heat-sync from getting loose down the road. just make sure they are 1mm or 1/32 thick, and watch multiple videos before you choose one to follow. This helps to elimintate poster's "guess work"

How can I set up my stereo speakers to my tv? I have a symphonic WF20D4, flat screen with built in cd/dvd player. I'd like to be able to set up the speakers from my stereo to this tv but can't figure it...

You are correct if your TV doesn't have audio output you can buy an adapter at radioshack or online probably 1/8 to RCA like this one here
