A child is on my magnavox tv

My tv have a child on i can not get it off i push a botten on the ttv .onw wehen push trhe botter all i see child lock pleasehelp me.

Dear prettgirl,
Childlock is used to lock the buttons present in tv panel. you cannot use that buttons until you release that lock. and you can only release tat lock from your remote control.

Telefunken, Model TTV (215E) HAD A CHILD LOCK
i had same problem with telefunken ttv2931 child lock, tried turning off power,holding power button on and pressing each button, found by accident that holding down the display button for 5 to 10 seconds worked.
