Hi! I can not get my EpsonPhoto R320 to load on my new computer- it has windows 7 on it.

What question has the best chance to get a correct answer?

For my Epson ink jet printer Stylus Photo R320 I need a user manual. The printer is connected to a Windows computer running Windows 7.

Please when you want a manual give some details, like what device, what brand, and model. And if it has a operations system give that too. For a car is the year of build important.

It could be many reasons.
Correct printer not selected.
Printer not recognized by computer.
USB connection malfunctioning dirty or damaged.
Different printer on default.

ye you can, it mean you must downgrade your pc, use vista cd to install it, but you may lost your data at drive C: you must back up your drive c: data before install vista

Hi there !

If there is problem on loading you window 7. Try to run it on safe mode by pressing F8 when starting to reboot your computer. When running on safe mode, windows will automatically fix some error regarding some loading problems.

After press F8, just choose run on safe mode and it will read and fixed all errors on drivers. Computer can crashed because of faulty drivers installed or too many same drivers installed. This solution will fix your problem.

Better get a new, call epson at 562-276-1300 so that you can have a discounted brand new printer from them.

I was able to install the original XP status monitor from the CD, onto Windows Vista Home Premium.

On the install cd, you need to open the 'STM3' folder under whatever language you are installing, 'English' in my case. There are several .exe files in that folder:

E_S1LAC2.EXE
E_SCHK02.EXE
E_SIINS2.EXE
E_SPSU02.EXE
STMSETUP.EXE
For each of these, right click on the file, and choose 'Properties'. Under the 'Compaitbility' tab, choose 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' - Windows XP (Service Pack 2).

Then run the 'STMSETUP.EXE' file, and it should install properly, and work. Although I cannot guarantee that it will work on your system, or that it will not have any negative effects on your computer.

So far, I have not had any trouble with it.
