I bought Norton and was down loding it . This crashed my system and the down loading did not take place. I advise that you check your system and this would confirm that I was unable to down load the product. I do not want to purchase Norton anymore and I want my money back. Could you please advise how I can get my money back. Also, I do not want to continue with the renewal of this product. My confirmation number is NP28214967.

You should have received a new Product Key for 2010 and must enter the number to activate your renewal. Also you may need to download the Latest version of the Norton Software. Once you enter the renew Product Key (you must be online) the Norton will validate the code and should prompt you through the rest.

when you have ordered the renewal, you should have received an email with a renewal code. Even if you have not received the email just go to the URL so that you can access your order and get the renewal code. Pro-tip: don't use Norton. It's system hog and expensive. Better to use a free antivrus and spyware monitoring program. There's lots available at filehippo.com. I'd recommend AVG antivirus.

The virus protect you have is not working as any programs loaded /downloaded are always pre-checked by the security program as soon as you start/ install or plug in

easy go to www.mynorton.com and go to down loads. reinstall. if you have already opened an account and you know the user name and password you can get the key and down load from the product page. if you dont have this available to you and have the key you can down load 360 and enter the key manualy. twenty minuts and you will be on your way.

Word crashes during the phase between label address entry using the Avery toll Wizard and the printable word document with the labels once you hit 'finish'
If Word launches fine, but crashes or freezes when you perform some function it is possible your registry's data key has become corrupt.
To fix this, you must close Word and edit the registry as follows:
Go to start -->run-->type regedit and press enter key ,
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\ Word. (Note: the 9.0 refers to Word 2000, if you use Word 97, you will see 8.0, Word 2002 is 10.0, and Word 2003 is 11.0). Inside the Word folder, you will see a folder called "Data". Delete this Data folder and relaunch Word.
In many cases, there's some add-in you've installed that's causing problems (slow loading files, etc.) ... something that has to load with every document. One example would be Norton Antivirus, which includes an Office PlugIn that greatly slows Word down because it scans every document when you open it, which is totally unnecessary since Norton already scanned the documents when you added them to your computer. If you are running Norton, go into Norton's AV settings and you will see an option for the Office plugin -- remove that checkmark and see if that fixes your problem. However, if you are not using Norton, this is the kind of troubleshooting you will have to do, with any program you think might be affecting Word.
Another thing to check is the "fast save" option in Word. It is definitely NOT fast and causes major sluggishness in Word. Go to Tools>Options and click on the Save tab and remove the check from "Allow fast saves".

be sure that you purchased the anti virus software which you can use on authentic serial key into several PC..

It is possible that your Norton 360 only works in single workstation.

I cannot down load from dics works 8.5
You want to unistall it, restart your PC then reinstall it again. If your using Norton or McAfee those could be causing the Problems. Many people have issues with Norton and McAfee....I try to stay far away from those software. You'll need to contact then for support. If not, the uninstall/reinstall should fix it.
