The best option would be to reset your calculator. there is a small panel on the back with a screw. open that up and take out the battery. press the on button to ensure you have drained the power. put the battery back in and it should be reset and working normally

My casio FX 991ES is giving formula answers, to a calculation using a large exponent number in a formula answer, I need it to tell me a long number instead. Sum is 6.7 x 1018. The answer I get is 6.7x1018,...

Your answer is 6.7*10^18. That requires 19 places on the display: There are not enough places to write that. Besides, calculators are deigned to use Scientific Notation whenever the result to be displayed is too large or too small.
If you enjoy writing zeros, convert by hand the scientific notation into what you call long number.

I need to know how to divide, mutiply, add, and substract in scienctific notation on my Casio fx-300ES

The "problem" is not how to calculate with numbers expressed in Scientific Notation but how to enter a number given to you in scientific notation. Once the number is entered you do not have to do anything special. If you have to multiply it use the (x) button. to add it use the + button, etc.

How to enter a number in scientific notation.

Type in the mantissa (example 6.022)
Press the [X10^x] at the bottom of keypad.
Enter the exponent (example 23)
with this example you will have entered Avogadro's number 6.022x10^23
Other example
1.6 [X10^x] (-) 19 enters the electron charge in Coulombs. The exponent is negative that is why you press the change sign key (-).

How to change or put math mode without fractions or scientific notation on calculator fx-155 es natural display

Press SHIFT MATH 2 to switch to the LineIO mode. You won't see fractions then. However, if magnitude of the number is too large or too small, the calculator will switch to scientific notation in order to fit into the display.

Is there a way to fix the casio fx 260 solar to display numbers in scientific notation Like 3 x 10(raised to the 2nd power)?

This can be done by setting the calculator to the right MODE. Press MODE 9 to turn on scientific notation. For example, compute 1 / 200 = and you will see 5 with a -03 exponent in the upper right. Press MODE 9 again and it will be displayed .005

To enter numbers in scientific notation use the EXP at the bottom. To enter .005, press 5 then EXP then +/- then 3. You will see it displayed. Then you can perform calculations with this entered number.
