Why doesn't my "sent folder"

Why doesn't my "sent folder" load, in the New Yahoo? Have been trying for hours!

The new mail has been plagued with issues. My suggestion is to have your account restored back to Classic Mail.

This can be done by following the instructions below and having a bit of patience as the process could take up to a week to complete.


You will need to contact Yahoo at the address below. Please follow these instructions in order to return.

??? Try out MS Fixit. Use IE (doesn't seem to like Chrome) and use USB in filter. It will provide a USB fixit executable. Let me know if it works out. The site and fixes are fairly new.

Yahoo is asking to please verify your password

Hi and welcome to FixYa!

An email with a code was sent to your alternative address.

Go to your alternate email, look for Yahoo email and

just click on the code to verify.

( check your Spam folder if you don't see it )

Also, try this if it isn't there.

clear the caches and the cookies and change the browser and try again.

Yahoo mail doesn't load. it get's hung up "waiting for l.yimg.com"???

bad internet connection (especially if wireless)

perhaps try a reboot or better yet a shut down and restart (after at least one or two minutes being off)

If not: Try www.housecall.antivirus.com (trend micro) it is an excellent online virus scanner -- you could have a virus.

How do i retrieve my deleted item in sent folder in my Yahoo mailbox

It's possible, if it's been less than 24 hours since you deleted those emails to recover by filling out this form.

If using Classic:

If more than 24 hours, and the Trash folder has been emptied, there would be no possible way to retrieve deleted emails.

If more than 24 hours, and the Trash folder has been emptied, there would be no possible way to retrieve deleted emails.

Try to make a habit of NEVER emptying your Trash folder. The emails in that folder are deleted periodically by Yahoo!, so there's no reason for you to take that step.
