Question about Canon imageRUNNER 2200

I M facing paper jam error problem after replacing sleev of fuser. Make Canon iR2318L.

Is it showing some error code.open the fuser unit and then check the pressure roller bushes.sometimes they move from there place causing paper jams.do check whether u have applied right amount of grease to the fixing film and do check whether the white sensor of the film is in right position.u have to just fit all the parts rightly .it has something to do with these said things

Error codes 13.05 err code?

fuser sleeve can not turn around the rod. Check the flexible fuser heat sleeve. You need to disassemble the printer for this. If you get succeeded in opening printer properly. then check the heat sleeve and put silicon Oil around the rod to make the sleeve slippery. Paper cannot pass through the Rubber Rod and Heat Sleeve Rod.

Hp2300 jams half way out of tray 1 and tray 2

1. Up to where paper traveled.. If its reached up to Fuser assembly & curl folds accrued under cartridge.. replace Teflon sleeve or Fuser assembly.
2. If paper traveled up to Fuser out(near 2-3 inch)...Clean/replace/flag Fuser out paper sensor
3. If paper traveled up to registration assembly:Clean registration sensors/flags.
4. Check pickup rollers.

Analyse where paper jamming is happening? remove right left back & top covers..press door switch, shoot print command. Remove cartridge after paper jam, check upto where paper travel?
1. If paper jams with curl foldings in cartridge bank area..before entering the fuser assmbly..
# Teflon sleeve not rotation properly due to this paper not passing through it result curl foldings..Replace teflon sleeve..
2. If paper passed fuser assmebly little bit(near about 2-3 inches.
#Problem with paper out sensor/flag. clean sensor, check sensor flag movement & spring.
3. Check registration paper sensor located back side.
# while passing the paper, sensor flag has to act & once paper out it has to reach home,other wise paper jam error will appear.. check flag spring.

Analyse what type of jam it is...based on that we can shoot the trouble.1. Paper is jamming before entry in fuser and its folds like curl in the cartridge area.. A. Fuser Teflon sleeve not rotating or slow rotation results media(paper)unable to reached the destination in specified interval. Replace fuser assm or Teflon sleeve.2. Paper jamming after fuser assembly crossed little bit ( approx 1-2 inch).A. Clean fuser out paper sensor, check sensor flag & flag spring located in fuser assm.3. Paper jammed after fuser crossed more than 6 inches..A. Check paper pick up roller warn out(tray1 or 2), check registration sensor located under registration assm.How to remove fuser assm: remove back door, see the snap shot...

Basicly, a error code E00007-000 means that the fuser fixing film can not find the home position.. Odds are that you need to replace the fuser fixing film and or the upper fuser unit.....the fuser film ripes and the film start to bind up on one side and the sensor can not see the white patch on the film.... Paper jammed in Cannon D660

Typically this happens becuase the lower fuser roller (P# RF5-2601) is worn and makes the paper stick before it comes out - OR - the upper fuser film sleeve (P# FG6-7948-UFFS) is torn or worn out. Do not try poking something in there in an attempt to get paper out. You will just damage more stuff. The fuser unit (P# FG6-7947) needs to be removed and parts replaced within it to do it right.

try checking your top cover sensor. close it and wait for the printer warm up.
the black plastic you saw was part of your fuser sleeve. if paper jam always occur try replacing your fuser sleeve

Canon D880 fuser

With an offset #2 phillips screwdriver and some patience you can do this- we have been fixing PLENTY of fusers on the imageclass series-you can get the fuser out thru the exit side of the copier.
1. UNPLUG COPIER , pull platen to left with grey lever
2.remove one screw for upper plastic cover cover pulls down and out
3.remove 2 screws on lower exit cover this comes up and out
4.remove small plastic cover on left side of exit assembly as you face end of copier.
5.pull back black plastic sheet to expose 3 connectors one plugs into circuit board two plug into heater or fuser assembly. unplug these
6.with your offset driver remove 3 screws holding fuser to frame of copier -these will be pointing up.
7. lift fuser up and carefully work out of copier.
check for stuck papers or damaged fuser film sleeve.
To reseat fuser and replace panels go slow and easy the panels fit back in kinda funky it takes a bit of tinkering.
We do not turn the copier upside down to remove the fuser and have replaced about 20 of the fusers or installed a new fuser sleeve.

Printer/copier is spitting out pieces of thin plastic film/tan on one side and dark grey on the other. Paper is jamming and discoloration on one side of the sheets all the way down.

If it is clear thin plastic like saran wrap, then that is probably the fuser roller sleeve.
The only way to repair that is replacing the rollers or fuser unit.
That would be a cause for the jamming also.
Replacing the fuser unit or the fuser rollers will probably require a service technician to come in to replace these parts.
Most copier companies do not make the fuser unit customer replaceable except for a very few makes and models.
Sorry I couldnt give you some more information.
