hi i have Creative Zen 4GB Mp3 player.
When i plug it via USB on my PC i can't upgrade frimware.&#304;t always run in recovery mode.i start firmware upgrade and installer says "firmware upgrade failed.".Media explorer says Storage Media is 50 mb.Please help i don't know anything to repair it...
