Keurig model b60...wont power on, dont know where the fuse is

Check fuses. Circuitbreakers or power switches.

Because the debris has now clogged the exit port and needs cleaning with a paperclip end. pg. 18 Manual.

1-It can be a fuse (most probably) problem.You can check the user manual if the fuse is user servicable.
2-Power button may be failed. Then you need a service.
By the way I hope you check your outlet that it supplies power.

The problem is often that the machine develops a leak in the hose that is rightover the transformer...the water drips onto the transformer and kills that...then you have no power to run the machine.

The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps!
