I woke up this morning tryin to play a CD in my Kenwood 423M 200 Disc CD changer and a flashing "remove Disc010" message is showing. I try to scan to another cd and no go. Nothing works. What can I do?
If there is a disc in the changer (I guess it's in the tenth slot),
try removing it, if it doesn't work by 'normal' means and you feel brave,
try shaking the unit a bit. If it doesn't help or you don't feel like banging on it,
you'll have to take it for a repair (they open the unit and extract the disc, they get jammed sometimes).

Sounds to me like there's a fault in the remote censor of the CD player. You could have a look around inside following the point where the machine's picks up the signal from the remote. Otherwise it's off to the repair man.
sounds like the lens is dirty -try this out you kow them cans of stuff they use to clean keyboards with its like filtered air or something -try to blow out the guts of the cd changer with one of them cans and maybe it will help with functionality do the same with the cartridge emtied out and then run a cd lens cleaner disc and see if that does the trick-
Just accumulated dust can cause issues with the reader pickup I'm not sure what T99 means but if you want to spend $35-90 to fix it, it would be worth it.
