Yes there is a button to turn on and off wireless. Usually it is located near the Power button. It may be a touch button or press button. It contains the sign of a tower giving signals.
Not sure exactly what your hardware setup is, but I would reboot the broadband router, then reboot the wireless router. Everything should come up clean, but give it at least 5 min. To help connect after reboots, you can choose "repair" from the wireless icon in the system tray (XP?) or renew your IP address. Start --> Run... and type ipconfig /renew
Hi, The PS3 has a built in wireless card. You need a broadband internet connection& a wireless router for it to work this way.
What hardware do you have? You wont be able to connect the PS3 to the internet if you only have a laptop with a wireless broadband card. this is to be used for one PC/laptop at a time. Sorry
you could query this with Verizon though i am sure they would agree, that it is to be used for one PC/laptop to access the internet.
It's a mobil connection. It enables you to stay connected to the internet if you are on the way with your laptop.

It's quite cool and fast as described, I used the Vodafone Mobile connect HSDPA and I can confirm the good performance.
One serious issue are the costs, as you pay for the downloaded MB once you exceed your free data limit, Not sure if you want to use it privately, then you need to monitor the amount of downloaded data closely otherwise you will be poor very soon :-). Check at the Vodafone Home page the costs.
Try looking on the physical part of the laptop on the front or around the sides you should see either a small swith that slides or a small button with the typical wireless picture on it try pushing the button in. Also you should check in your network adapters to make sure its on. You can check this by going to Start>Control Panel>Network Connections. If you have anymore questions or need some in detail answers email me back.
I can't find any info about that laptop on the internet. If you have xp, go to start menu, control panel, network connections and see if you have a wireless internet connection in there. If not, you do not have a wireless card in your laptop. If you do have that connection, right click to enable it. Please rate, thanks!
Try finding a wireless switch. if you cant find it on any side of the laptop, then check the keyboard for a key indicating wireless. On most laptops you press that key in combination with another one labeled fn in blue
I need to know how to activate wireless on my evesham laptop
