Weber no longer offers or support conversion kits. If you do any conversion it will VOID you warranty!
That said, if you can find the parts online for the LP version of your grill you can convert it yourself if you are mechanically inclined.
You will need to change the JETS and the GAS REGULATOR. Unfortunately they do not sell official Weber Gas Jets alone. You will have to by the complete LP Manifold, valves and all as well as the Tank Hose with Regulator...
Make sure you are comfortable with all of this... Leak testing etc...

Weber doesn't sell a conversion kit. Nor, do they recommend converting their grill's from one gas type to another for safety reasons. Each grill is tested and approved for that specific gas type and changing it would relieve them of any responsibility if something were to go wrong and put it all back on you.
Besides the safety issue, it's more to it than just changing the orifices, as some would lead you to believe. The venturi valves on the burners need to adjusted or is they are adjustable, they would have to be replaced and new LP gas burners installed.
If you have maintained the grill properly and it still looks good, your best solution would be to sell it and put those funds toward a new LP Gas Grill.
I hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
