If you have a small USB cord that is really small on one end & big in the other, hook it up in one of the USB ports in your computer. Place the small end of the USB cord into the really small slot where you put the batteries in. You should have heard you copmuter make a sound, Then your MP3 player should be lit up around the pause/play button. Open my computer, Removable disk F ,Then open the drive on disc F ( which is your mp3 player ) then you have a new window open, you should be able to just drag the music files into the new window which will go directly onto your mp3 player

Hi,
To do this you will need the software that came along with the player.
Like for Ipod you get itunes.
Install that software & plug the player when you are prompted.
Then it will detect the player.
And then select the tracks which you want to transfer to your player.
It will be done.
Mp3 rocket is a software to download the music.
I've never used mp3 rocket to transfer before but if you have all your songs in a folder you can go to itunes and click on File and add folder to library.
Then you look for the folder with all your mp3 files and click on it and select OK.
Hope it helps.
If you want the instructions in sing the itunes i can give.
Just ask me.
Good Luck.
Live, Love, Laugh.

Update your USB Drivers, you'll be able to accomplish that by visiting the Web Site of the manufacture of your computer. Search for drivers and downloads, when your on the site. Your looking for driver signiture "USB 2.0". It might download as a zip file, that case, download to desktop, unzip into a folder call cab,(it should tell you were it wants to unzip to) find Install.exe in that folder, and install USB drivers.
