I need a new battery. The one I have is a YOKU 2000mAh 3.7V. There are two numbers on the case; 813575 and C805132309139. Where can I get one? Thanks, Dave

• Hi, this can happen due to failure in detecting battery level, (sensor problems) if this case you can use the camera eve though it says low battery,
• in the other case the battery might be low power model, for this you have to check the battery label ( ex:- 2000mAh). see wheather it matches with the original batteries.
• also can happen due to camera malfunction, for example the software or display may be running even when it is turned off.

A 14.8v 4400mah will be Ok to use, & it will hold more charge then the 14.8V 2000mah battery, which means that it will stay longer before it needs to be recharged.

Tries websites like Partstore.com,Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy new battery or compatible battery.

eBay... 3.7v generic lithium polymer battery. Check dimensions to make sure it will fit inside your device (most sellers have a pic with the dimensions of the battery). Solder red to red and black to black.... Reassemble device, and your done.

Pop the face plate off with your thumb nail right uner the Garmin logo. On the right side you will see a reset button. Depress it for 2 seconds. Replace face plate and power back on.
