I am repairing a sub zero side by side m#3211RFD and there was a leak on refrigerator side. I repaired leak and recharged unit according to factory specifications. I recharged with Hot Shot, unit originally had R-12. The kitchen temp 85F,head pressure 165psig and suction pressure is almost in vacuum. Can this be a restricted capillary tube?

No, Sub Zero does not have an icemaker switch to turn it off and on. How old is your unit? Icemakers can last for 3 years and sometimes they can go out after 18 months.
I believe it's your ice maker. We are factory authorized Sub Zero and can get the correct part out to you right away.
