That means you have a bad speaker, speaker wire, or a componet in the output stage of the amp blew out. First thing to try is to disconnect all the speaker, Turn on the unit. If it still reads the same, you have a problem with the amp. these are solid state units and have no user replacable parts inside of them.. This is a common problem with sony it means unplug me or i will explode, it is a protection of the heat sync and usually means that a cooling fan has shorted out. If under gurentee return to Sony for repair if not under guranebntee as is generally the case check on the net for a replacement fan motor - as far as i know sony were sourcing thier fanns from Sunon there is a German based headquarters - just google sunon europe

lets perform special reset function in your home theater.
1= set to stand-by mode
2= press three buttons of "Stand-by, Function & Volume- " all togather.
3= you will see "Cold Reset" message on front display of set.
4= power up and enjoy ;)

This is an error massage and comes when home theater got some internal problem specially in amplifier output section that can have defective output IC etc.
It is not user level repair and requires qualified tech for fix.
