Laptop hp 620 touchpad is not working - HP Computers & Internet

Replace the lcd panel.

Go to Control Panel > Mouse. Open the Mouse Properties window, select the Device Settings tab then Settings, and locate "Virtual Scrolling" on the left menu. Uncheck "Enable Vertical Scrolling." Apply and get back. You would be done!

It is possible the speakers are defective, the unit will need to be dismantled for testing to verify the condition of both speakers.

I also have laptop hp 620 and the jabra bt2080 which are working through a driverless bluetooth usb dongle v2.0 (China) after installing jabra pc suite_2.5.6. It is under my experiment as at the moment only the mic is working when you start windows speech recognition program. i am trying to get it working as playback device to listen music instead of headphone through jack.

The driver is available for download on HP's Support website. Just download the software and run the program and that should fix your problem.

Mice are not invincible. They do wear out. If you have a different computer - try it out in that machine. If it works in another machine then you know the problem is in your computer. If it doesn't work... get a new mouse.

Turning the TouchPad on and off

The TouchPad is turned on at the factory. When the TouchPad zone is active, the light is off.
To turn the TouchPad on and off, quickly double-tap the TouchPad off indicator.

locate the FN key and the touchpad key usually an F key(F1-F12) press and hold down the FN key and the touchpad key together, release the keys and check the touch pads.
