DCS WOS-130 oven won't turn off. I've turned the breaker off and back on but each time the oven starts heating without turning it on through the controls.

This sounds like a stuck relay on the control board or in rare cases a short to ground in the oven element itself. Test the oven element terminals to the case. If there is continuity then replace the element. If it checks Ok then more than likely there is a welded relay on the board. you can try tapping the relays on the board. Sometimes this jars the contacts loose and things work again. Be prepared to replace the control if this is the case.

My whirlpool double oven accubake GBD307PDS09 display went blank then beeped. The oven does not turn on but when I tried to turn it on just to test it, it beeped once and then three short beeps. I have...

Hello Diana,
Their are a few things that should be checked. I know its going to be tough to check on a built in double wall oven but one thing that needs to be checked is if their is 240 volts ac entering the oven(i know the breaker is ok) but the connection at the back of the oven can burn, then the proper voltage wont enter the oven.
Another thing is a high limit thermostat thats inside of the control panel, need to checkif it has blown.
Last thing i can think to check is if 120 volts is at the clock, if not 120vac that explains the blank display

My self cleaning oven is locked i had an F2 error message displayed on it and now cannot open the oven.

Hello there and thank you for choosing fixya
This is a fairly common issue that happnes with these ovens during this cycle
These ovens have a internal reset device that needs to be reset and here is how to do it
first you need to unplug the oven then leave it for 1 hour and do not touch it then after the hour is over and not before plug in the oven again and then you may hear a audiable beep or click within 5 minutes of plugging it back in that is ok just press the cancel button when you hear this now try once again to unlock the oven it should unlock now ok?
But if not then you will need to remove the lower drawer then reach up inside the oven where the door latch is and there is a release tab that you need to pull on to release the door
+++ NOTE+++ iF YOU HAD TO USE THE TAB TO RELEASE THE DOOR THEN YOU HAVE A FAILURE OF THE CONTROLE PANEL WHICH IS A BAD THING THIS NORMALLY OCCURS FROM THE EXCESSIVE HEAT FROM THE CLEANING CYCLE IT ENDS UP SHORTING OUT THE CONTROLE PANEL WHICH IS A BAD THING OK
Hope all of this helps
Best regards Mike

How to reset my oven after the cleanning cycle was interrupted and the oven door is staying lock i turned the breaker off and still did not work

Hello there and thank you for choosing fixya
ok the thing to know about these ovens is that they do have a internal reset feature that will need to be reset and it is done like this
unplug the oven and dont touch for at least 1 hr min. then after this hour is over plug in the oven
and you may hear a audiable click if so that is fine just press the cancel button then try to unlock the oven door it should now open ok +++++ note +++++ sometimes it may take 5 additional minutes after you plug it in to be able to unlock the door or hear hear the click ok so if you do not hear it right away go ahead and wait the 5 min ok and you should be good to go ok
Hope this is very helpful for u

My oven is still locked from the self-cleaning cycle. How do I unlock it so I can use it?

Hello there:
This is a fairly common problem on these ovens
The first thing you need to do is to unplug the oven from the wall then leave it sit for a minimum of 1 hour to allow for the internal reset feature to reset the system then after the hour is up plug in the oventhen is may immediatly give you a audiable click and you can now open the door from here ok
Note::: sometimes after the initial hour once it is plugged back in you may have to wait 5 min then press the cancel button if so equipped ok
Hope this is very helpful for you

I turned my self-cleaner on, and now the door won't unlock.

HELLO THERE
Best way to take care of this is to unplug the oven for 1 hour then plug it back in and when the power comes on normally after 5 minutes you will hear a click sound or if you press the cancel button this will also alow the oven door to open after the 1 hr time frame has elapsed
Ok?
Hope this is very helpful for you
Best regards Mike

Error f7 oven wont turn off

Hello there:
The f-7 error code carries several different possiabities
here are several possiable reasons and the things to check
1. F5 or F6 or F7 EOC (Electronic Oven Control) failure Replace EOC(Electronic Oven Control)
2.
F7 Shorted touch panel Replace glass panel
3.
F7 A = Function pad button stuck or
B = Bad clock Unstick button or
Replace clock assembly (also called the ERC)
Please test each of these carefully ok and if you disconnect the board you may want toclean the contacts really good and then try to reconnect the wires and make sure that they are properly connected ok
Best regards Michael

there is an overheat stat and this is cutting the oven off
things to check are.
is casing fan running ok? (this is the tangential fan inside the casing at the back and not the fan inside the fan oven)
this second fan is turned on by a fan stat. maybe this is faulty

Wont' heat in broil or bake

check incoming electric first, pull it out and gain access to main wire terminal, With multimeter set to at least 250v AC , check your power across the wiring as such. black to white (110v), red to white(110v) and then black to red 230v. if that ok ok turn, then start ckin elements for continuty also there might be a thermostat( usually an 1 in. round component with 2 wires located right inbetween the elements that has gone bad, will show no continuity. ck that before electronic control the fact that its clickin sounds like the relays are workin properly
