I have an iMac OS X Yosemite and an HP photosmart 5520 wireless printer. The printer will no longer print and puts all documents in the print queue. I've tried removing/ adding the printer etc.

Try setting up the wireless from USB connection. See http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03278373/.

Click on OS X v10.10 Yosemite, OS X v10.9 Mavericks and OS X v10.8 Mountain Lion and follow the steps

When you get to step 3, choose Option two: Wireless setup using a USB connection. (There is a video as well)

Hope this helps.

Im trying to hook this up to my laptop, and its not working??

What is the OS on your laptop? Get the drivers and full software for supported OS versions from: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp210#DriversAndSoftware . Make sure to get the appropriate version for your OS (Not all 32-bit drivers will be work well with a 64-bit OS.) Install the software before connecting the data cable. The printer should be off before you plug in the cable.

If you plugged in the data cable first and installed a generic OS driver, delete that and then unplug the USB cable before installing the Canon software.

This is a USB unit. When problems occur, try a new USB cable and a different port. If you have a USB hub or print server, try a direct connection.

The full software will let you scan with the buttons on the all-in-one. However, a monitoring program that is part of the software must be running and the MP Navigator must be set with default information for the scan buttons.

I hope this helps. Otherwise, please provide more information on the problem that you are having. I will be glad to provide more help with the problem.

I need to intall a freecom usb external hard disk to an old computer uses windows 98 an i havent a drive Any help please? How can download s driver for this disk?

Unfortunately, the company only supported: OS: Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / Mac OS X v10.3 or higher and Time Machine (OS X v 10.5 Leopard) compatible, for their USB hard drives.

You would need someone to write a driver for you or to connect to a computer with a supported OS.

I wish that I could be of more help.

I bought second hand wireless keyboard and mouse combo :Y-RAJ56A from my friend. There were in working condition at his residence but I am not able to install them at my residence. Please help. Kindly send...

1. Check the user manual and verify the supported Operating System (OS) of the wireless keyboard and mouse. The OS of your computer might not be supported.

2. Try connecting the USB donggle in to a known working USB port on your computer. Reboot the computer if the USB donggle is not recognized. It should be detected and the computer should install the necessary USB driver for the donggle.

3. Try to connect the USB donggle in a different computer to make sure that the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse is working correctly. If the problem is isolated in your computer only, you may need to contact the reseller of your computer and ask them to check if the USB Legacy Support on your computer is enabled. USB Legacy Support should be enabled in your computer so that it could recognize most USB devices.

Thank you and good luck!

C-150 OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

By connecting the camera to a computer with the provided USB cable,
images on a card can be transferred to the computer. Some OS's (operating
systems) may need a special setup when connecting to the camera for the
first time. Follow the chart below. For details on the procedures in the chart,
refer to the “Reference Manual” on the CD-ROM and the “Software
Installation Guide” (included in the CD-ROM package).
Identifying the OS
Windows 98/98 SE
(Second Edition)
Windows 2000
Professional/Me/XP
Mac OS 9.0 - 9.1/OS X
*OS 8.6: See below.

Connecting the camera to a computer using the provided USB cable
Installing the USB
driver for Windows 98
Confirming the computer recognizes the camera
Downloading image files
Disconnecting the USB cable

Even if your computer has a USB connector, data transfer may not function correctly if
you are using one of the operating systems listed below or if you have an add-on USB
connector (extension card, etc.).
● Windows 95/NT 4.0
● Windows 98/98 SE upgrade from Windows 95
● Mac OS 8.6 or lower (except Mac OS 8.6 equipped with USB MASS Storage support
1.3.5 installed at the factory)
● Data transfer is not guaranteed on a home-built PC system or PCs with no factory
installed OS.
You can view images using: graphics applications that support the JPEG
file format (Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, etc.); Internet browsers (Netscape
Communicator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.); CAMEDIA Master
software; or other software. For details on using commercial graphics
applications, refer to their instruction manuals.
