One of our Dell PocketPc Axim3 will only boot to the blue Dell screen and no further. It is out of warranty (one year) by 6 months so Dell is no help.
We have reset is from the back. Removed battery, push reset and power at the same time?
We are thinking about reloading the operation system? Is this possible and how?

Hi, 1. Remove the memory card and all the accessories connected to your device, If any. 2. Try powering up your device and there should be some hole in your device using which you can reset the device. 3. Find out the reset hole and press it using a needle like materials and by this way your problem may get solved.
