Question about Acer Aspire One Netbook
None of the Aspire One net books had Windows Vista installed on them, They would have been supplied with Linux, win XP, win 7 or win 8 (for the later models) you will need to contact Acer support to find out which model of webcam you have as the only way to know is thru the matrix ( three different makes of cam could have been installed) owned by Acer, you also mentioned that it was 64bit which may not be supported at all.

Hey there. In order for your webcam to work again you'll have to install the correct drivers. Select your type of laptop here http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/downloads.html and then procees to download and install the webcam and any other drivers you want.

Hello what model is your acer, you just pointed out it was an acer aspire one net book theres different models, however your best bet is when you do find out what model your acer aspire one is, go to google type in your model number then the webcam driver and the operating system which is windows 7, for example: acer aspire one netbook zg5 windows 7 webcam driver.
If your stuck just add what model number your acer aspire one net book is and i will be happy to help you out.
