It doesn't necessarily have to be Lenovo drivers. If Lenovo does not have 32-bit drivers for the video card on their website, you can download drivers directly from AMD. You'll just have to find out what specific ATI display adapter you have so you can select the correct driver when downloading it.
THe only reasons it would not install correctly is if either the drivers are incorrect or the video card itself is malfunctioning.
If you are having problems with your video card
the drivers might not be installed correctly you might
have to uninstall the graphics card restart your computer then reinstall the
graphics card and its drivers
If your computer
came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it

panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to display
adapters + to expand you might see a yellow question mark ? or exclamation mark
! or a red x right click select reinstall drivers or
you might need to
download one
