Satelite reciever sir, i buy a satilite reciever to get rid with the payment against dream satilite, but the problem is i cant recieved any signal for my reciever.

I assume Dream Satellite was charging you for the use of the receiver. At any rate you will need a valid SMART card that is activated by Dream. I assume that you did not cancel your subscription also. If this happened only after the new receiver was installed you could have a bad receiver but more than likely the SMART card is the issue. Contact Dream and see if they can send you an updated one.
