In general, you can print the images captured with the camera directly via Compact Flash card on any printer specified to accept Compact Flash type I and II. Please contact manufacturer of the printer for technical details.

Tips for camera

Using the camera:
Your phone has a flash to help you to take pictures in different lighting environments. The flash is on by default, but you can turn it off or use the automatic setting. To set the desired mode when using the camera, select Options > Flash and Flash off, Flash on or Automatic.
Fast viewing with memory card To view your images and video clips quicker, use your memory card as the main memory for storing them.
In the camera application, select Options > Settings > Image / video storage > Memory card.
Capture and send You can send the picture immediately after you have taken it when you are previewing it. To display a picture immediately after you take it, select Options > Settings > Image preview time and the preview time. During the preview time, select Back to take another picture, or Send to send the picture as a multimedia message.
Print your images Your phone supports Nokia XpressPrint to print images that are in .jpg format. To print your pictures, connect your phone to a compatible printer using a data cable or send the image by Bluetooth to a printer supporting Bluetooth technology. Select the image you want to print from the Gallery, and when viewing the picture, select Options > Print.

Scanning pictures and saving to compact flash card for sharing

You might want to try to be sure, but I believe the SD card slot is only for printing, not for saving images. You would have to have the copier hooked up to a computer or to a network in order to send the scanned images somewhere.

Compact Flash Problems

Dynamite,
have you tried to reformat the CF card?  If you deleted the image through your computer and not with the camera, the computer may have removed more than what was needed...

In general, the file size of captured image depends on which image size and quality you have selected. Since the image size may vary depending on scenes and subjects, these are approximate values only for 8MB Compact Flash. Economy: 47/178 Standard: 24/10

The recorded images by TIFF and RAW cannot be printed

When printing the recorded images directly from the card slot of the printer, the printer which does not support TIFF and RAW cannot print those image files. Print the images with an application software which supports those file formats.

What is DPOF, and how do I use it?

DPOF stands for Digital Print Order Format. The DiMAGE 7 supports DPOF Ver. 1.1 so that you can specify the images and the number of copies to be printed and the print type. This technology enables you to take your Compact Flash Card to a Photofinishing Print Service, or personal printer, which supports DPOF, and print the selected images at the number specified automatically. DPOF also enables you to print an index print of all your images. Please see the DiMAGE 7 instruction manual for details about setting the DPOF.
