I do not have my code for my bunker hill safe. its a digital floor safe SKU# P45891. The lock smith i spoke with told me to call the company since there is no key hole, even on the bottom. they thought there is an over ride number for the combination. But I cant find a direct number to the company. Do you know how to open this safe? or at least have a direct number to Bunker Hill. I do not have an owners manual.

To remove DC26's hose, you first need to remove the post-filter cover, using a coin to undo the two blue-coloured catches. You can then release the hose bracket, and unclip the hose from the inlet:
You might also want to give the filters a wash - in normal use we recommend washing these at least once a month. Use cold water without detergent, and allow at least 24 hours for both filters to dry completely before replacing them:
I hope this helps, but if you'd like some further guidance from our experts after giving these steps a try, you can reach us on 0800 298 0298 (UK), 1-866-693-9766 (US), 1-877-397-6622 (CA) or 1800 239 766 (AU).
Very sorry to know that you have lost the combination.
Well, the only way to get the combination is to contact Sentry and get it.

per the company regulations, if you have registered the details of
purchase and combination in their website then its very easy to recover,
just send them the requisite information by clicking the link below,
and they will forward you the combination.

If you have not registered with them, then follow these instructions from Sentry:
First step, find the Model and Serial Number of your safe. The
Serial Number is in this packet, and is also printed on the small label
beside the door hinge (outside). Send a copy of the model number and
serial number of the safe, a notarized letter (last name of notary must
be different than that of owner) stating you are the owner of the safe,
and a check or money order for $12.00* (U.S. funds) to: Sentry Group, Dept. 200, 882 Linden Avenue, Rochester, NY 14625-2784 USA. If using a credit card (Visa/Mastercard only), call 1-800-828-1438 and fax your Model and Serial number with the notarized letter to 585-381-2940, 585-381-2940.
Next
time make sure you record the combination and store it in a secure
place such as a safety deposit box at your bank. Opening your safe could
be a lot more fun, but never more simple!
Large cities have "lamp" and/or "lamp shade" stores.
If you will find one, you might be able to buy the parts you need.
Realize that if it be made in China, parts might not be available.
God bless your efforts.
It sounds like the undercarriage unit has failed. It is a common problem on ball models. The DC25 is a recent model so would still be under Dyson's 5 year guarantee. Get them out to it.
Incase you are still interested you set the code with the four jumpers inside the unit.
1st digit is the brown wire
2nd digit is red wire
3rd digit is orange
4th digit is yellow
Nope. They do it that way on purpose. If you contact Gordon with serial number and proof of purchase, they may have a work around. I would not count on it, though.
