Sounds like they are slow. Call and ask for an approximate date of delivery. Tell them you are unhappy and want to cancel the order, and they will get with it.

Perhaps you better ask this on Unisa. Why should I try to find Unisa in Punjab, while it could be you are in Europe. Then I send them this question, and they want to know who I am. So I ask you. I don't think that will work.

I would study my manual if I were you, pages 27 and 35 explain your settings pretty clearly. If, you don't have your manual handy, go to www.brother-usa.com and under support and home sewing and embroidery download a free copy of it. You can also call Brother customer service at 1-877-276-8437 and ask them if your machine still gives you grief.

1. Press the Flash icon on the right selector till you get the Mode you want.
2. ready for use.
