Doesn't recognice drive

In my limited experience such things are caused by software conflicts where substandard software replaces parts of the operating system or approved programmes with other versions. The displaced software might be lost or deleted but the operating system tries to repair things and fails.

Nero burning software seems particularly bad, working fine when first loaded but deteriorating after every restart until finally it stops working altogether but deleting it doesn't fully restore previous functionality.

Can't open expedia.com.au

for starters i would delete the current favorite, clear your internet cache and cookies and then go the the site again and then add it to your favorites. If this doesn't work reply back and I will attempt to help further.

My computer says that it has Cyberlink DVD 9 on it. But I can't play any DVDs on it. What shall I do?

First, gotta make sure you have a DVD drive, most modern computers do: DVD, DVD/ CD-RW, or DVD-RW drives are commonplace these days. If you have a DVD drive and it doesn't play anything, then more than likely you have a defective drive (DVD drives not working with DVD discs is a fairly common type of failure - insofar as failures go).

To be absolutely certain, try playing an original, commercial DVD movie - one that you know is good - if it still doesn't play it then it is, in all likelihood, a failed DVD drive.

When I plug in my hard drive it seems to be working bacause the light on it glows and it makes a silent working noise, but I can't find it anywhere on my computer, when I open My Computer it's just...

When you go to file explorer, and hit this PC the external device should show up. If the drive lost its formatting feature, you should see a notification that the drive needs formatting. If there is absolutely no values post on the computer screen regarding the external device attached to the USB port, then the DRIVE is bad and not communicating. Check the drive in some other device with a USB port, such as a smart TV.
