Hello there are lots of models in C700 series. Click here
and you will find the list of all the models. Click on your model number and than according the the operating system you are using you may download the driver.

Plz dont update your windows only in this laptop.........

......and install drivers it will be work fine..
I will give u all drivers link....go to hp.com and search it..
for modem -sp33442, for audio-sp35270, for sm bus controller-sp36492, for quick lounch sp38171, for UAA sp32395, for webcam sp37849, download all drivers and install it.

and install drivers follow these steps:

Open device manager and right-click on Audio device on High definition Audio Bus.
Select Install from a list of specific location (Advanced) Click Next
Select Don’t Search. I will choose the driver to install.
Select Sound, Game & video controller from the list of Hardware type
Click on Have Disk
Click on Browse and navigate to C:\swsetup\sp35270 and click on .ini file OK
Click Next
It will give you an update driver warning message. Click on yes.
It will start installing the driver
Click on Finish..

follow these steps to all drivers install.
