Puk is needed for sim card, network provider gives u the puk code. For phones there are unlock codes, try 12345 if its not puk

PUK Code Call your customer care and ask them for your PUK code....they will tell your PUK no..

Just call the store that you bought your phone from and tell them what is my pin and puk code and the will ask you for your number and there you go
