I have a hct mytouch3G and he reconizing the SIM CARD i have full signal,but i cannot use the other aplications to set my phone.he let me use only wirelles settings.why???

its because of sim card error please insert some other sim card and on it for at least 5 hour once mobile frequency clock will set to new sim card then re insert old sim card it will take effect 100 %
Most Samsung Mobile show signal tower even if there's no network accessible. I am not very sure about this model, but you can find out, install an expired sim card and check if the network tower is showing or not, or you can just power it on without sim card and check the status of the network tower.

Do you unlocked the phone?? you need figurated how to change the web settings because when u use the original sim (sim comes whit phone) you got the rigth settings to open your browser but if not, you allready delete de settings for web browser, look in the aplication if its something for change the web browser settings, or in your same phone
